In an earlier time, people built their own buildings to last for generations, and took pride in their work. In order to keep costs low, they built compact, expandable structures that were economical to construct, maintain and heat.

Because many of our customers are also owner-builders, our plans are drawn to be easy to understand, and include a materials list at no extra cost, so you won't have to spend hours doing a "take-off" from the plans. In addition, the feedback from our customers allows us to regularly improve our plans so that your building project will go a little smoother.
